POST (letter)

Museum of Contemporary Art, Chicago. I made a chain letter and mailed it anomalously to a portion of the MCA's mailing list (the budget kept me from mailing it to everyone) months in advance of the exhibition. The show contained the original hand drawn version of the letter, a table with a stack of sealed envelopes containing more copies of the letter, a mailbox and instructions for mailing out copies. I made the fames, the table and the mailbox too. Kevin Jennings descriibed the craftsmanship as "the unibomber doing ikea"
