Clothesline

Clothesline is a temporary art exhibition and event held sporatically at the Hyde Park Art Center in Chicago. Any and all artists are welcome to exhibit anything and everything, for one night only. Organized by Jacob C. Hammes and held in the 4833 Resource Center, the exterior plaza, and locations throughout the facilities at HPAC, Clothesline is an exploration in uncurated, non-thematic chaos. Often accompanied by musical and theatrical performances and a barbeque, participants show up with art in hand, and leave with art in hand.
